Competition Team
Team Xtreme is by far one of the top competition teams in the
country, consistently placing members on National teams.
Olympic sparring is an integral part of Team Xtreme.
Our training sessions are designed to fully
prepare our athletes for high caliber competitions. The sessions are segmented,
covering agility, explosive speed, flexibility, and endurance. Utilizing the
most advanced training techniques we are able to develop basic competition
fundamentals, ring and time management, motion and feinting skills and applied
theories and techniques.
Team Xtreme has an advisory board that
includes a Sports Nutritionist, Sports Therapist and Sport Physiologist to work
with our athletes to define short term, mid term and long term goals and assist
them in reaching their "peak performance".
